In-process and automated SpecMetrix® coating quality cells:
In-process and automated measurement systems, supported by proprietary software controls, can deliver instantaneous thickness measurement, color measurement and other quality measurement results. This information enables management to decide whether questionable runs should be removed or altered, or to halt the production process in order to avoid scrap and rework costs. The non-contact measurement capability of the SpecMetrix® systems also prelude the need for test samples or destructive testing methods that are still widely utilized in many manufacturing industries.
SpecMetrix® upgrade systems:
As a supplement to an organization’s existing production processes and quality control systems, the suite of Sensory rack mounted systems can be readily utilized to provide instant, non-contact measurement of wet film thickness, dry film thickness, color measurement and product finishes.
